Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days of order placement.

Estimated Delivery Arrivals:

Metro Manila: Arrives in 3-5 business days
Outside Metro Manila: Arrives in 6-8 business days

Refund & Returns Policy:

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with any damage, defect, or discrepancy. Discrepancies include missing items, receiving an incorrect package or product, or extra items.
    • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or found with any discrepancies.
  2. Reporting Concerns:
    • Concerns must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Outside this timeline, the product may have been exposed to factors beyond our control that could contribute to the damage, defect, or discrepancy reported.
    • Any concerns received after the 7-day period will not be accommodated.
  3. Condition of Returned Items:
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn.
    • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.
  4. Return Process:
