Starting out as an online business, from selling to our neighbors during the pandemic to supplying other shops and businesses with our cold brew concentrate. We had our ups and downs but when the country was opening back up, we took everything we had and opened our first small take out branch in QC. With the help of family, friends and specially our customers we grew from a small take out branch to 6 branches across Metro Manila.

Draft Coffee was born from the passion to showcase just how versatile our cold brew concentrate can be in coffee shops! Initially, we set out to demonstrate our coffee’s potential to other brands, but when we opened our first branch, the enthusiasm of our new customers truly ignited our journey. Their support inspired us to expand our brand and embrace the possibilities!
Lews Cold Brew has been a love affair since day one! When the pandemic hit and I lost my job, we started sharing our delicious cold brew with our neighbors who couldn’t get their favorite drinks elsewhere. This fostered a wonderful idea—they suggested we sell our coffee in bottles, and that’s exactly what we did! Fast forward a year, and while many businesses began to reopen their doors, we were thrilled to start supplying bakeries, ice cream parlors, and even online coffee shops! Today, we continue to bring smiles to both businesses and coffee lovers alike with our offerings!
